Tuesday

It’s a double match day with both our first team and Under-21s in action in the evening.

First up however, we’ll be hearing from Manchester City women’s boss Nick Cushing and defender Aoife Mannion at a pre-match press conference ahead of Wednesday’s UEFA Women’s Champions League round of 32 second leg clash at home to Lugano.

The focus is then on the match action with Pep Guardiola’s squad opening the defence of our Carabao Cup crown with a third-round assignment away at Championship Preston North End.

Wednesday

City’s women will be in action at the Academy Stadium as we play host to Swiss side Lugano in our UEFA Women’s Champions League round of 32 second leg encounter.

We recorded a convincing 7-1 win over in Switzerland and will be seeking to maintain our 100 per cent start to the new season.

Friday

Friday’s focus switches back to the Premier League and Saturday’s teatime visit to Everton.

Our EDS side then travel to Merseyside to take on Everton Under-23s in a Premier League 2 encounter with City looking to return to winning ways in the league after last weekend’s loss to Derby.

Kick off at Southport’s Merseyrail Community Stadium is at 7pm BST and we’ll have live updates on our @ManCityAcademy Twitter page as well as a full post-match report.

Saturday

A busy week continues with our Under-18s, and men’s first team both in action.

First up, Gareth Taylor’s Under-18s open the defence of our Premier League Under-18s Cup when we play host to Southampton in our opening group game at the CFA.

Kick-off is 11am BST and we’ll have live updates on our @ManCityAcademy Twitter page as well as a full post-match report.

The focus then switches to City’s Premier League trip to Goodison to take on Everton which gets underway at 5.30pm. The game is being screened live on Sky TV but you can also follow all the action via our Matchday Centre as well as on our @ManCity Twitter page.

Sunday

Another action-packed week is rounded off with City’s women travelling to Merseyside to tackle Everton Ladies.
