Manchester City can confirm that they are in discussions with Italian international striker Bernardo Corradi.

The 30-year-old former Lazio and Valencia hitman scored ten goals for Parma during a successful loan period with the Serie A side last season.

A City spokesman said: “We have been given permission to speak to Bernardo and his representatives and are currently doing so.”
