Manager Pep Guardiola named his selection on Saturday and the players are now en route to Asia where we will play four warm-up matches in order to fine-tune ahead of the new season.
Over the next fortnight, City will play West Ham in the Nanjing Olympic Sports Centre in Nanjing in the Premier League Asia Trophy before moving on to Shanghai where we will contest the final or third place play-off against either Newcastle United or Wolves at the Hongkou Stadium.
We then travel to Hong Kong for a friendly against Kitchee FC at the Hong Kong Stadium before we finally fly to Yokohama in Japan for the tour finale against City Football Group sister club Yokohama F Marinos at the Nissan Stadium.
