As Mark Sampson’s side prepare to pit themselves against tournament hosts Canada, the City star cannot wait for Sunday’s mouth-watering quarter-final clash but admits the Lionesses will have their work cut out for them.
“It’s going to be a fantastic occasion,” she smiled.
“We know it’s going to be a big crowd. Hopefully, we can get a few more of the families out and have some more support behind us.
“The support against Norway was great and that’s what got us through in the end.”
Scott received plenty of praise for her display in Ottawa, staking a strong claim for a place in the starting XI.

Although she conceded it can be hard to have to watch from the sidelines, she was delighted to help her side, asserting the most important achievement was the result.
She reflected: “It’s difficult when you’re not starting but we’ve said all along: it’s about the 23.
“We’ve got such a great squad and it would be difficult for anybody to pick 11 players to go out there.
“I just felt like I kept myself ready and I’m glad I could help the team.
“Mark gave me a job to do on the right, which isn’t my preferred position, but I feel like I did a job for the team and obviously, we’d gone through a lot of tactics before the game.
“It was all a bit of a blur really. It was a really tough shift for all of the girls out there and the heat was a big test for us.
“I was so pleased to win - Steph and Lucy scored two fantastic goals and it’s great that we’re not going home.
“It was an amazing feeling and I’m just pleased that we got through.”
