Mark Sampson’s side take on the current world champions at midnight BST on Thursday for the chance to become the first English team to reach the final since the men won the tournament in 1966.
The defender, who made her senior debut for her country against Japan in 2013, insists the Lionesses can accomplish the same feat and know exactly how to continue their success.
She stated: “Japan are obviously the favourites but for us to play one of the great teams at a World Cup is exciting.
“We’ve come across a hard European team in Norway, a couple of South American teams and now we’ve beaten the host nation.
“Japan will be a different challenge again - they’re the reigning champions and that’s a big deal - but we’re looking forward to it and we’re confident.
“We know we can beat them, we know how we can beat them - England are going all the way!”
The 23-year-old has played a pivotal role in her side’s journey so far, netting the winner in both knock-out games. In Vancouver, she headed her side into an early two-goal lead from a set-piece to stun the hosts and explained the method was no coincidence.
She revealed: “I knew Allysha Chapman was going to mark me on those set-pieces because she always marks the widest player.
“That’s all down to our staff. Lee Kendall (the goalkeeping coach) told me she would be marking me at the backpost, although I’m taller than her.
“I’m not a salmon but I can get up for those balls. So we knew if I got my head on it, it was going to be a goal - and that’s how it worked.”
