Man City Women will face Brondby IF in the last 16 of the Champions League.

The Blues’ reward for reaching this stage in their debut campaign with a 6-0 aggregate win over Zvezda Perm is a two-legged encounter against the Danish outfit, who have appeared in the competition 14 times.

The Danes defeated St. Pölten 4-2 on aggregate in the Round of 32, and have reached the semi-finals on three occasions.

Nick Cushing’s side will play at home first, with the ties to take place on 9/10 November and 16/17 November. Fixture and ticket information will be released soon.

The quarter and semi-finals draws will be conducted on 25 November, before the competition then breaks to line up with the men’s game, resuming in March for the quarter-finals.

The final will be held at the Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday 1 June 2017.
