The Blues have won three trophies in their first three seasons in the top flight, and are now preparing for a year of new challenges.
In the coming months, Nick Cushing’s side will compete in the inaugural FA WSL Spring Series, FA Cup and the latter stages of the Champions League - and the ability to one day match the Gunners’ 2007 achievement.
Speaking to CityTV live on Facebook following the announcement of the league fixtures, she declared: “Everyone’s looking forward for what’s coming next for us.
“Every team is going to go into the new season wanting to win and wanting to beat us because we won the double last year.
“We have got to think about winning the treble this year because we didn’t win the FA Cup last year and that’s a trophy we all want to win.
“I personally would like to win the quadruple like Arsenal did in 2007 to show this Man City team is special, and that we can be up there with the likes of them.
“My thought process is just to go into every game wanting to win, to take each game as it comes and not think too far ahead. Hopefully, at the end, we’ll have more medals and trophies to lift.
“I’m excited to see what we can do.”
One of the major talking points from the fixture announcement was the fact City will face last season’s runners-up Chelsea in the opening game of the one-off tournament.
The Londoners have also strengthened in the transfer window, and Parris cannot wait to return to match action.
“The first game will be a good test for us,” she added. “I bet both teams will be in great form.
“Obviously, they’re another Champions League team and with the signings they’ve brought in, it will be a great encounter.
“We go in every season wanting to be unbeaten and wanting to win every trophy up for grabs.
“We still have to go into games with an underdog mentality, even though we are winners. We can’t be complacent and get too ahead of ourselves.
“We need to go into every game with the same mentality the Club had at the very start when it was a blank piece of paper.”
City’s competitive season will begin before the league season, with the quarter-finals of the Champions League against Fortuna Hjorring at the end of March.
Should the Blues progress to the semi-finals, their first two Spring Series games would be rearranged - but that does not bother Parris in the slightest.
“The Champions League is the most exciting part of our preseason,” she continued.
“Everybody’s absolutely buzzing we’ve made it to the quarter-finals but now, we can’t stop at that game. We have to try and push on.
“We’re a confident team and we’ll be ready.”
