The Blues will host the Reds at the Academy Stadium on Easter Monday (17 April).
The pair meet for the second time in the competition, having kicked off the 2016 campaign at the Select Security Stadium.
City ran out 2-0 winners on that day, with Georgia Stanway netting the Nissan Goal of the Season.
The pair then locked horns in last season’s Super League, playing out two draws: 0-0 and 1-1.
City have never won the FA Cup, having been defeated by Chelsea in all three seasons.
Liverpool have reached the final twice.
