A repeat of the 2014 final, in which Izzy Christiansen scored the only goal of the game to clinch the Blues first piece of silverware, the 2017/18 instalment sees the defending champions face the most successful side in the competition’s history.

The North London outfit finished second in Group One South and came through a quarter-final against Sunderland before beating Reading 3-2 to reach the final.

Meanwhile, after topping Group One North, City eclipsed Bristol City in the last eight, before a close-fought 1-0 win at Chelsea in the semi-final.

Now, the two sides will compete to lift the first piece of silverware of the domestic season and the game will also be broadcast live on The FA’s WSL Facebook page.
