WHEN AND WHERE
City welcome Aston Villa to the Etihad Stadium at 16:00 (UK) on Sunday 22 May.
In the UK the game will be available to watch live on Sky Sports, with our global TV listings at the foot of this page showing where the game is being broadcast around the world.
As it’s the final day of the season, every match in the Premier League will kick off at the same time.
WHAT’S AT STAKE
City know that three points on Sunday will guarantee a fourth Premier League title in five seasons, no matter what Liverpool do.
Liverpool’s win over Southampton means only a win will guarantee City the title.

The best place to follow every City game is on the official Man City app. You will not miss a beat.

TEAM NEWS
England centre half Stones returns for his first game since being forced off with a muscular injury in last month’s Champions League semi-final first leg at home to Real Madrid.
The other change from the side that drew 2-2 away at West Ham last weekend sees Foden return to the starting eleven.
Oleks Zinchenko and Jack Grealish revert to the bench from the side that began at the London Stadium.
Kyle Walker is also named on the bench as he returns to the matchday squad for the first time since picking up an ankle knock in our Champions League semi-final second leg at Real Madrid earlier this month.
And Club captain Fernandinho retains his place in the starting line-up for what will be his final game for City after nine magnificent years.

PREVIOUS MEETING
Stunning strikes from Ruben Dias and Bernardo Silva helped an injury-hit City to a 2-1 win at Villa Park in December.
Several key players were unavailable on that occasion for City but it didn’t stop Pep Guardiola registering his 150th Premier League victory - becoming only the fourth manager to reach that feat.
The first goal came as Dias stepped on a Raheem Sterling cross that reached the edge of the box - our defender swinging with his left foot and finding the near post.

The second, just before half-time, is an undoubted goal of the season contender. Breaking following a Villa attack, a perfect Jesus cross was met by the instep of Bernardo‘s left foot - flying over Emiliano Martinez’s head and high into the net.
Ollie Watkins pulled one back for the hosts but City held on for a crucial three points.
LAST TIME OUT
City fought back from 2-0 down to earn a draw against West Ham at the London Stadium on Sunday.
A long range Jack Grealish strike and an own goal from Hammers defender Vladimir Coufal kept the title in City’s hands going into the final week of the season.
WATCH: West Ham 2-2 City: Highlights
Villa drew 1-1 with Crystal Palace at Villa Park on Sunday. Steven Gerrard’s side were in the lead thanks to Ollie Watkins but a Jeffrey Schlupp equaliser in the final 10 minutes saw the points shared.
Villa will play relegation threatened Burnley on Thursday evening, before they travel to City.
FORM GUIDE
Before Sunday’s draw with West Ham, City had been on a run of five straight victories in the Premier League, scoring 22 and conceding just two in the process.
Our opponents sit in 13th, although they do have a game in hand on several clubs around them.
After taking over in November, Gerrard enjoyed an initial upturn in form which has since levelled out.
In their last six matches, Villa have lost to Tottenham and Liverpool, drew with Palace and Leicester and beaten Norwich and Burnley.
A top-half finish is still possible for Villa, should they win both matches and other results go in their favour.
