Pep Guardiola‘s men spent seven days across the Atlantic, playing a friendly against Club America in Houston, Texas before travelling to Green Bay, Wisconsin to face Bayern Munich at the iconic Lambeau Field.
The reigning Premier League champions returned with two victories, beating the Mexican outfit 2-1 thanks to a Kevin De Bruyne brace and claiming a 1-0 win over Bayern courtesy of Erling Haaland‘s first goal for the Club.
Away from the pitch, the players were equally busy.
They took part in numerous community and commercial activities, including the launch of our 2022/23 away kit at he NASA Lyndon B. Johnson Space Centre and the delivery of a football clinic to 30 young people from Special Olympics in Houston.
