While any win at Wembley is a special moment, our Carabao Cup success holds an extra level of significance with 8,000 fans granted entry for the final.

When asked if the supporters made it a particularly special atmosphere, Kidd’s answer was emphatic, and he is hopeful that it will set the tone for increased access in future.
“Definitely. I thought the noise from both sets of fans was different,” he declared.
“Every club has missed their fans because it gives the players energy and having the fans in there, you get a real buzz for it.
“Both the Spurs and City fans, it was a really nice atmosphere.
“Hopefully if there’s no trouble or anything we can get 1000s back in now with it being a test.”
