PRESS CONFERENCE

Enzo Maresca faced the media on Friday and says he will take nothing for granted against the newly-promoted side despite losing their opening two matches.

“In terms of Coventry, these are the games that we need to pay attention and be fully focused otherwise it can be tricky.

“I think it’s a normal situation when you get promoted.

“You can see clearly the way they want to play and I watched some of their last season games and Frank’s games at Everton and Chelsea.

“It’s a team that struggle because of the Premier League but no doubt they are going to do a good job.”

OPPOSING MANAGER - FRANK LAMPARD

After a stellar playing career, the former Chelsea and City man masterminded Coventry’s spectacular return to the top-flight, cruising to Championship glory with just seven losses in 46 league matches last season.

After previous coaching stints at Derby County and Chelsea, the England legend seems to have found his managerial home with the Sky Blues.

PREVIOUS MEETING

Our last encounter against Coventry came back in Division 1 in March 2002, where we claimed a sixth successive home victory with a 4-2 win, thanks to a Shaun Wright-Phillips brace, added to by goals from Darren Huckerby and Danny Tiatto.
