Learn who the Scout is backing to stamp their authority on Fantasy Premier League proceedings when City travel to Wolves.

Pep Guardiola’s side visit Molineux on Saturday 30 September hoping to bounce back from Wednesday’s Carabao Cup disappointment of a narrow 1-0 defeat to Newcastle.

However, we enter the 15:00 (UK) kick-off as the only team in the division with an 100% record intact thanks to wins in each of our seven league matches so far this season.

The latest of these came in a battling 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest last Saturday as goals from Phil Foden and Erling Haaland secured the success.

But against Gary O’Neil’s side who currently sit 16th in the table, extending our winning run won’t be a formality in the west midlands.

Last time City locked horns with Wolves, a sublime Haaland hat-trick helped us to a 3-0 home win in January en route to our third successive Premier League crown.

And there may be a number of decisions FPL managers need to make with fixtures coming thick and fast and an international break on the horizon.

Read our latest FPL Scout Report before Saturday 30 September’s 11:00 (UK) deadline.

CITY STAR

Kyle Walker (£5.3m) visits Wolves in Gameweek 7 on the back of his first double-digit return of 2023/24 Fantasy Premier League.

The member of City’s leadership group has started every Premier League match this season, returning three clean sheets and an assist.

That has earned him 29 points, placing the right-back just two points off the top of the defender standings in Fantasy.

The England international’s creative displays fare remarkably well when assessed against the previous campaign.

He has supplied eight key passes in his first six fixtures, already surpassing his total of six from 2022/23.

That places him joint-third for the champions along with Bernardo Silva (£6.3m) and is more than any of their other defenders.

ONE TO WATCH

Pedro Neto (£5.6m) is the hosts in-form player.

The midfielder has delivered attacking returns in each of the last four Premier League matches.

DIFFERENTIALS

Elsewhere, West Ham United’s James Ward-Prowse (£6.3m) and Luton Town’s Carlton Morris (£5.5m) are low-owned assets who have good fixtures.

Ward-Prowse hosts Sheffield United on the back of two goals and three assists in his five outings for the Hammers.

Hatters’ forward Morris has two fixtures in Gameweek 7, visiting Everton before entertaining Burnley.
