The Blues continue to fight on three fronts with the finishing line to a thrilling campaign now firmly in view.
With a pivotal week of games to come, City take on Luton in the Premier League, Real Madrid in the Champions League and then Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final.
Doku, however, says looking any further than Saturday’s clash with Luton at 15:00 (UK) would be a mistake.
“We just want to win everything, win every game and we will see where we end up,” says the Belgian winger.
“This team has the highest standards, and we just want to win every game and then we will look where we are at the end of the season.
“The title race It is exciting. Arsenal and Liverpool are top teams, and the reality now is that we are third with only one point less than them with games to come.
“All we are doing now is just focusing game by game and on us.
“We will just try to win every game that we have to play and then we can calculate and see what the other teams do. The big focus is just on how we perform and play the games.”
Doku has clocked up 33 appearances so far this season, scoring four goals and creating seven assists.
Still only 21, he realises he has to be patient and wait for his opportunities to shine - something he is more than happy to do.
“When I came here I knew there were top players in every position,” he said.
“Everyone has the quality to play so the most important thing is that on the pitch you show that you deserve to play.
“Every three days we have a game so rotating is also important. We have a lot of quality in every position and the most important thing is to win games.”
Doku, rested in midweek against Real Madrid, could feature against the Hatters on Saturday – a game he believes will be an entertaining watch.
“It will be a good game,” he said. “We are at home, and it is always better to play there, of course.
“Luton are a tricky team to play against and you never know, but we will be well prepared, and we will try to win this game as well.
“We were happy with the result against Real Madrid in midweek, but there is a new game ahead of us tomorrow.
“We have already moved on and now we just want to prepare well for Luton. We want to be as physically and mentally prepared as possible.”
And on his first season under Pep Guardiola, Doku is effusive with his praise of the Catalan boss, revealing how his game has improved under his tutelage.
“He just wants me to be myself,” he said.
“Tactically, he will teach me some things and tell me what to do depending on which game.
“Most of all he just wants me to be myself and in the best condition to have my biggest quality and that is to dribble and go past the defender. He will try to put me in the best place on the pitch.”
