Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Raheem Sterling and John Stones join Walker in the 27-man squad for the games against Italy, Germany and Hungary next month.
The right-back was left out by Gareth Southgate for the friendlies against Ivory Coast and Switzerland in March, but will have the opportunity to add to his 65 caps as the Three Lions look to qualify for next year’s Nations League finals.
Sterling will make his 75th appearance if involved in any of the four games, with England set to face Hungary twice during a 10 day period.
Southgate’s men face Marco Rossi’s side at the Puskas Arena on Saturday 4 June, before travelling to Germany three days later.
They then play Italy at Molineux on Saturday 11 June, with Wolves’ stadium also set to play host when the quartet of fixtures concludes against Hungary the following Tuesday, 14 June.
