Find out who the Scout is backing for Fantasy Premier League success in our final match of the campaign.

Pep Guardiola‘s men face West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday 19 May, with kick-off set for 16:00 (UK).

City head into the tie two points clear of Arsenal in the race for top spot, and know a win would be enough to guarantee a fourth successive top flight title.

Should we get that all-important three points, then we would become the first side in men’s English football history to be crowned champions four years in a row.

Standing in our way are a West Ham United side looking to end the David Moyes era on a high, having won their last match 3-1 against Luton Town.

It promises to be another exciting end to the campaign, and the Scout has provided the lowdown on who they expect to pick up the FPL points.

Mateta has scored in all six home appearances under Glasner, amassing 54 points from eight goals and an assist.

Gakpo has returned in back-to-back matches for Liverpool and faces a Wolves team without a clean sheet in their last 11 matches.
