Pep Guardiola‘s men face West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday 19 May, with kick-off set for 16:00 (UK).
City head into the tie two points clear of Arsenal in the race for top spot, and know a win would be enough to guarantee a fourth successive top flight title.
Should we get that all-important three points, then we would become the first side in men’s English football history to be crowned champions four years in a row.
Standing in our way are a West Ham United side looking to end the David Moyes era on a high, having won their last match 3-1 against Luton Town.
It promises to be another exciting end to the campaign, and the Scout has provided the lowdown on who they expect to pick up the FPL points.
