Our defensive duo were both sidelined in our 2-1 victory over Sheffield United last weekend, Stones due to a muscle injury while Akanji was lacking match fitness.
Foden, meanwhile, was fit enough to appear from the bench at Bramall Lane and played a major role in our late winner.
But Lillo, standing in for Pep Guardiola while the boss recovers from back surgery, says the England international is at full fitness ahead of Saturday’s clash, as well as adding that Akanji and Stones were also back in contention.

“Right now, Phil is completely recovered from his illness,” our assistant coach revealed.
“Manu’s [Akanji] problem was more for prevention, it wasn’t anything serious. He’s more or less there. John [Stones] is more or less there as well.
“We’re fine, we’re okay.”
Lillo was also asked whether new signing Matheus Nunes could make his debut against Fulham in Saturday’s 15:00 (UK) kick-off.
The Portuguese international joined City from fellow Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers on transfer deadline day, becoming our fourth summer signing in the process.
Lillo is still unsure whether the midfielder’s arrival comes in time for him to face Fulham though, and admitted he won’t be training with the squad this afternoon at the City Football Academy.
He said of Nunes’ prospects of featuring this weekend: “I still don’t know.
“I know that he’s going to be a City player, but if he’s going to be available, I still don’t know. I don’t have that information.
“He still won’t be training.”
