Erling Haaland will be back in his native Norway for the friendly with Jordan at the Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo.

Overnight in the UK, World champions Argentina kick-off their qualifying for the next World Cup with Julian Alvarez in the squad for their opening game against Ecuador in Buenos Aires.

The European qualifiers continue later in the day with Rodrigo’s Spain travelling to Georgia.

Our summer signings Mateo Kovacic and Josko Gvardiol are part of the Croatia squad that will face Latvia in Rijeka.

We also have two players in the Portugal squad of their game with Slovakia with Ruben Dias and Bernardo Silva involved.

There’s four opportunities to potentially watch City players throughout Saturday starting with Ederson as Brazil start their World Cup qualifiers against Bolivia in Belem.

While Kevin De Bruyne is recovering from injury, new man Jeremy Doku is our representative in Belgium’s squad for their game in Azerbaijan.

We had four players named in the England squad for the game against Ukraine in Wroclaw, Poland with Kyle Walker, Kalvin Phillips, Phil Foden and Jack Grealish called up, although the latter was missing for the win over Fulham at the weekend.

To round off the day, Manuel Akanji is with the Swiss squad for their qualifier in Kosovo.
