Claire Emslie opened the scoring in the second half, followed by a Nadia Nadim penalty and a superb strike from Caroline Weir at the Stoke Gifford Stadium.
2017
Sergio Aguero scored a hat-trick on this day in 2017 as City beat Watford 6-0 at Vicarage Road.
Gabriel Jesus, Nicolas Otamendi and a Raheem Sterling penalty completed the rout.
Aguero‘s hat-trick - his sixth in the Premier League and 10th for City - moved him just two away from our all-time scoring record of 177, set by Eric Brook between 1928 and 1940.
It wouldn’t take long for him to surpass that figure.
“His numbers speak for themselves,” Pep said afterwards. “I’m so happy for the third goal because he’s so clever in the box. He’s able to score a goal at any point.”

City beat Salzburg 2-0 in our opening Europa League game of the 2010-11 campaign.
David Silva bagged his first goal for the Club to put us ahead after eight minutes, sidefooting home after Jo’s layoff.
And the Brazilian striker doubled our lead in the second-half to seal a fine win.
“Silva is a fantastic player - for him it is a different situation now,” Roberto Mancini said afterwards.
“He is playing a different kind of football. But after one month, he is ready to go 100% for the team.
“He will be an important player for the future. He is a strong player who played for Valencia in the Champions League for many years.”

1970
When City drew the Northern Irish part-timers Linfield in the first match since winning the European Cup Winners’ Cup six months earlier, few looked upon the tie as anything but a comfortable passage into Round 2.
The reality, however, was a rather uncomfortable passage through to the next round with only Colin Bell’s solitary goal the only difference between the teams at Maine Road.
In the second leg, the Blues were visibly edgy being in a country experiencing horrific civil disturbances and there was even a point Linfield boss Billy Bingham was forced to walk in front of his own fans’ Kop to plead with them to stop throwing missiles onto the pitch.
Linfield almost caused a huge upset by winning the second leg 2-1 and almost grabbed a late third but Francis Lee’s away goal ultimately proved decisive as City scraped through on the away goals rule.
It remains the Blues’ only competitive game against a side from Northern Ireland.

Manuel Pellegrini was born!
The Chilean, who turns 67 today, won a Premier League title and two League Cups during his three-year stint as City boss.
He is currently in charge of Las Liga side Real Betis, who signed Claudio Bravo this summer.
