City’s all-time leading scorer missed our midweek Champions League quarter-final second leg win at Borussia Dortmund as well as last weekend’s league encounter with Leeds due to an injury niggle.
And, speaking at Friday’s pre-match press conference, the City boss revealed that the Argentine striker was still not ready to return to action.
However, the boss confirmed that otherwise he had a fully fit squad to select from for the Wembley showpiece.
On Aguero’s availability, Guardiola said: “No not, yet.”

“Yeah, (everyone else) are OK. Tired, but in a good mood. They are OK.”
Saturday’s clash see City lock horns with a Chelsea side who have impressed in also making it through to the Champions League semi-finals as well as the last four of the FA Cup.
It’s another huge clash with the season reaching the business end and a Carabao Cup final also on the horizon.
But asked how difficult it would be to raise the players after the emotion of our midweek win in Dortmund, with big games coming thick and fast as City seek success on four fronts, the boss was emphatic in his response.
“It is much, much, much easier. Imagine playing this game after not qualifying for the Champion League semis, it would be much tougher,” Guardiola declared.
“I would love to have more days to recover and prepare, but the schedule is the schedule. You handle the schedule. No complaints at all.

“Tomorrow we will face one of the best teams in Europe. Try to do a good game and reach the final.”
Under the leadership of German Thomas Tuchel, Chelsea have been in excellent form since his appointment in January, losing just once and they will be formidable opponents.
Looking ahead to another huge encounter, the boss said he wasn’t surprised at the impact made by Tuchel since his arrival at Stamford Bridge.
“No. I know him from Mainz when I was in Munich in the first season. After that he went to Dortmund,” the City boss added.
“The way he wants to play is so quick. It is tough to take over a team in the season. But he has a lot of experience being at a top club like Paris Saint-Germain and now Chelsea.
“I knew from the beginning that he would do a good job.”
