The French playmaker has called time on his playing career, aged 34, having made his first senior appearance with Marseille in 2004.
Nasri played for City between 2011 and 2017, clocking 176 appearances and scoring 27 goals to help the Club to two Premier League titles, two League Cups and a Community Shield.
He made the move to Manchester from Arsenal and quickly impressed with a memorable debut performance against Tottenham Hotspur in the 2011/12 season.
He played a key role as Roberto Mancini’s men clinched a first Premier League crown with our famously dramatic final day victory over Queens Park Rangers and scored a crucial goal against West Ham United on the last day of the 2013/14 campaign to regain the trophy.
He also netted a superb strike in the 2014 League Cup Final triumph over Sunderland at Wembley.
Following a loan spell with Sevilla in the 2016/17 season, he joined Antalyaspor on a permanent deal before returning to the Premier League with West Ham United and then switching to Anderlecht.
