There will be no duplicate tickets issued for this match, so please keep your ticket safe at all times.
ACCESSING THE STADIUM
Manchester City are located in the South Stand, located in Jug 1A, Jug 2A, Jug 3A, Jug B, Jug 4A. Turnstiles open at 16:55pm (local time). Supporters enter the stadium via the south entry point.
Once through the turnstile’s supporters will enter a sterile area with another 400 yard walk to the entry point at ground level. There are 3 high roll turnstiles before accessing the segregated sector.
There is no lift to the away section. You access via a single set of stairs.
The Wheelchair bays are located within the covered area at the front of the main tribute stand. Access is via a dedicated gate under the West stand and ramp access once inside. Once through the stadium entrance, you will be directed to the section and the personal assistant seats are adjacent to the wheelchair positions.
The local police have advised that all supporters arrive at least 1-hour before kick-off as the security checks at the entrance may take some time. Anyone not in the stadium 30-minutes before kick-off may be delayed in entering the stadium. Once inside the stadium, it is important that aisles are kept clear at all times. The Club accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
The final decision as to who enters the stadium lies with Dinamo Zagreb and the local police.
TICKET COLLECTIONS
The Club’s Supporter Liaison Officer will be located outside the away end, 2.5-hours before kick-off.
FOOD AND DRINK
Kiosks are available on the concourse area. Payment is by cash only in the local currency. Alcohol will not be served in the stadium
BAGS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
No bags will be permitted inside the stadium, including Category One seating. There is no left luggage facility.
Large amounts of coins, belts with large buckles, mobile battery packs and cigarette lighters aren’t allowed in the stadium. Further prohibited items are listed in the supporter guide, which is available here.
CODE OF CONDUCT
If you ever witness crime, vandalism, violence, drugs, the use of smoke bombs and pyrotechnics or abusive behaviour from visiting or home supporters, inside or outside the stadium, contact a steward as soon as you can and report your concerns. We also ask that you respect the stewards and staff of the opposing team.
