Holders Barcelona along with Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are already confirmed for the group stage.
They will be joined by 12 teams who will take part in the home and away Round Two ties from the respective champions and league paths, which will ensure at least 10 nations feature in the group stage.
