City’s WSL game against Tottenham on October 4 will be shown live via the BBC Red Button.

Kick off for that game will be at 12.30pm.

It’ll be a chance for fans to get a glimpse of potentially three American World Cup winning stars.

Spurs signed Alex Morgan in the summer – one of the biggest names in the women’s game – and City added Sam Mewis and Rose Lavelle to the ranks.

Meanwhile, City’s Conti Cup group-stage fixtures have also been confirmed. They are as follows:

  • Wednesday 7 October 2020 – MCWFC v Everton, 7pm KO at Academy Stadium
  • Wednesday 4 November 2020 – Liverpool v MCWFC, 2pm KO at Prenton Park
  • Thursday 19 November 2020 – Manchester United v MCWFC, 7pm at Leigh Sports Village
