TICKET DETAILS
You can find everything you need to know about visiting St James’ Park here.
Season Ticket Members aged between 18 and 25 years old on the FA Cup Scheme (based on fans' age on 1 August 2025) can purchase from an exclusive allocation of away match tickets on the first day of sale.
The Club will assign the 5% allocation for 18–25-year-olds to a specific block in the away section.
Fans with the necessary ticket points to be able to buy in the first window will be excluded from this allocation and can select a seat in a location of their choosing.
Any tickets that are not purchased on this day will be added to the wider allocation for Season Ticket Members on the FA Cup Scheme.
The Club has received an allocation of 24 wheelchair bays and an allocation of seating for ambulant disabled fans.
Qualifying fans will also be allocated a complimentary personal assistant seat, should they be eligible. Qualifying disabled fans can purchase online as follows.
Wheelchair Users - Log in to your online account, select ‘Wheelchair Section’. You will be allocated the best available position. When purchasing wheelchair bays online, select one ticket only — a complimentary personal assistant ticket will be added to your basket automatically. You can then assign the second ticket to your personal assistant within the basket.
Ambulant fans - Select your preferred block, and you will be allocated the best available seats. If you have specific seating requirements, please contact the Access Team on 0161 444 1894.
A complimentary personal assistant ticket will be provided for supporters who require assistance with their care needs.
