John Stones has had a fine season for Manchester City.
The England defender, whose ball-playing style has changed the way we play out from the back, has delivered a series of high-quality performances in a record-breaking campaign for the Club.
We currently sit 15 points clear at the top of the Premier League and remain in all three knock-out competitions and Stones has been central to our fine form so far.
We sat down with John to discuss the season, his own form and Guardiola’s management style.
“I think this season has been unbelievable,” he said.”It’s an incredible achievement for me personally and the boys because it’s so difficult to win in the Premier League and to go on such a big run undefeated, we should be very proud of that.
“And how we’ve done it is down to the management staff and how Pep’s got his point across to us.”
