Pep Guardiola says only one thing matters when City and United meet – the result.
The Blues’ boss says the city divide is never greater than on derby day, with both sets of fans in complete agreement about one thing – their team is the best.
“For United fans, they will always be the bigger, for City fans we will always be bigger,” said Pep.
“It’s part of what they feel. Supporters want to see their team win and win and win.
“You support in good and in the bad times.“We try to be there for as long as possible and for our fans, Manchester City will always be better, like for United fans, United will always be better – it’s just how it is.”
