The teenage duo have made a big impact after being integrated into the City first team squad this season so were perfectly placed to give the lowdown on the amazing facilities at our training HQ.
Whilst touring City’s high-tech gym, Josh and Rico also reveal which City player is always the first to arrive and last to leave training sessions.
We also look in on City’s very own hi-tech boot room while the teenage duo reveal just how welcoming and friendly everyone in the first team set-up was when they first made the transition from the Academy into Pep Guardiola’s star-studded squad.

Rico and Josh also take us inside the CFA’s first team changing room – which is similar in theme to the dressing room at the Etihad – as well conducting a tour of the players’ room which is decked out with a PlayStation 5 console, pool table… and even has a dedicated space where the players can get a haircut!
And finally, the pair introduce us to the City canteen where the players are able to eat and relax and enjoy the superb nutriotional food served up by our chefs.
