Speaking ahead of the game, Angelino is in high confidence and believes that City will pose a difficult threat to the Spanish giants.
He told mcfc.co.uk: “I’m looking forward to the game. I haven’t played any games in the competition this season due to my loan so I’m really looking forward to playing against Real Madrid. Hopefully we’ll go there and pick up a win.
“They’ve got a few players who have been in and around the first team, similar to ourselves, but I feel that we have a great team that will pose a difficult challenge for them.”
Should the young Blues progress to the quarter finals of the UEFA Youth League, they will face either Czech side Pribram or Benfica of Portugal at home in the last eight.
