Pep Guardiola has been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Season award.

The Catalan stands on the brink of becoming the first manager to win back-to-back titles since Alex Ferguson a decade ago.

City have taken 95 points from a possible 111 so far and need a win on the final day at Brighton to retain the trophy.

We’ve scored 91 and conceded just 22 along the way, consistently playing an exciting, attacking brand of football.

He’s been shortlisted alongside Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp, Wolves’ Nuno Espirito Santo and Tottenham’s Mauricio Pochettino.
