City hit Basel for four

Pep Guardiola's side put themselves firmly in to the driving seat in the Champions League last 16 tie with a dominant display against Basel.

Ilkay Gundogan headed City into an early lead before Bernardo Silva doubled the advantage, and Sergio Agüero added a third before the half-hour mark.

Gundogan then scored his second for City’s fourth with a masterful effort into the top corner, to take a four-goal advantage back to the Etihad for the second-leg on March 7.
