Julian Alvarez, Erling Haaland and Phil Foden were all on-target in the first half before a Chris Mepham own goal wrapped up the win.

Haaland record
The City striker took his tally to 27 league goals for the season – setting a new Club record as he surpassed Sergio Aguero’s previous record of 26 in a Premier League campaign.
It is also the most goals in a single top-flight campaign since Francis Lee scored 33 in 1971/72, and there are another 13 matches remaining.
Haaland’s goal against the Cherries means he has now scored against 15 Premier League opponents with Liverpool, Leicester City, Chelsea and Brentford to face before the end of the season and a chance to claim a full house.
The Norwegian also has more goals than eight teams in the Premier League this season.
Dirty dozen
City continued their extraordinary record against Bournemouth in the Premier League that stretches back to October 2015.
Since then, we have won all of our 12 meetings in the Premier League with an aggregate score of 38-6.
Pep Guardiola has won all 11 of his matches against the Cherries in all competitions to match his best 100% winning record against another Club – with 11 wins from 11 against Watford.
The closest he came to missing out on all three points was in August 2017 when Raheem Sterling scored an injury time winner in a 2-1 win.
Phil your boots!
The win was one that will live long in the memory of Phil Foden as he made his 200th appearance for his boyhood Club.
And it was an all-action performance as well with the 22-year-old creating seven chances - the most by a City player in a Premier League away game since James Milner’s eight against Aston Villa in October 2014.
Foden also had the most touches in the opposition box with 12 and his 24 passes in the final third was also more than any other player.
His assist for Haaland’s goal also meant that he has now contributed a goal and an assist in three Premier League games this season.
Double century
The victory was City’s 200th Premier League away win and they became the fifth side to reach the landmark.
Our first 100 victories came in 337 games between 1992 and 2014.
But the second century came at a much quicker rate – from just 157 matches.
Of those second 100, 88 have come under Guardiola since he took charge in 2016.
