Pep Guardiola has made six changes to the side that started against West Ham United at the weekend.

Joao Cancelo, Aymeric Laporte, Rodrigo, Bernardo Silva, Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus all return, with Ederson, Kyle Walker, Ruben Dias, Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez retained.

Manchester City host Nuno Espritio Santo’s side at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday 2 March, with kick-off at 20:00 (UK).

FORM GUIDE

City come into this game having won 20 games in a row in all competitions.

Guardiola’s side’s 2-1 win over West Ham extended our English top-flight record for consecutive victories and are unbeaten in 27 games stretching back to November 2020.

However, Wolves have the edge in our recent encounters, having won two our last three meetings.

Last meeting

City ran out 3-1 winners at Molineux in our first Premier League game of the season back in September.

We kicked off our campaign in style, as two quick fire goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Phil Foden gave Guardiola‘s side a 2-0 lead at the break.

Raul Jimenez pulled one back for Wolves with 15 minutes left on the clock, however an injury time strike from Gabriel Jesus regained City’s two goal advantage and capped off a strong away performance.
