Last meeting
The two sides met back in September at Carrow Road, with the newly-promoted side winning 3-2.
Norwich were 2-0 up early doors thanks to goals from Kenny McLean and Todd Cantwell.
Sergio Aguero pulled one back on the stroke of half-time, but Teemu Pukki restored the home side’s two-goal lead when he capitalised on a mix up in the City defence.
Rodri cut the arrears with two minutes remaining - scoring his first goal for the club - but it was too little too late.
Afterwards, Pep said: “Congrats to Norwich. The first goal was from a set-piece and the second on the counter, so credit to them. It is what it is. We have to learn from this and carry on.
PeP’s preview
We’ll be hearing from the manager on Friday afternoon.
WE’RE NOT REALLY HERE
Our ‘We’re Not Really Here’ campaign aims to connect and engage our fans in a series of new and innovative ways.
You may not be able to sing for the team in the stands, but your support remains as important as ever.
Every matchday, home and away, we kick off the big game build-up with a brand-new programme called, fittingly, We’re Not Really Here, in honour of the chant synonymous with all City fans.
Guests for the Norwich game former midfielder Michael Brown and new MCWFC signing Chloe Kelly.
They will be offering their expert analysis alongside Hugh Ferris and Natalie Paweleck.
If you like your build up to be solely focused on City, then We’re Not Really Here is the show for you, providing you with the inside track on everything you need to know before the game gets under way.
We return at half-time for a brief round-up on the opening 45 minutes, and five minutes after the final whistle, we’ll be live for half an hour of post-match reaction, when all our guests will dissect the game and respond to the fans’ Man of the Match poll, questions, and comments.
We will be inviting supporters to get in touch throughout the show, letting us know your views as well how you are experiencing the big matches behind closed doors.
Simply use the hashtag #WNRH to join the conversation and get involved to ensure that your views and voice is heard. A selection of posts can be found on the #WNRH ManCity.com wall.
