Castellanos’ first goal in the 13th minute drew Venezuela level after conceding a goal in the eighth minute.
Her second of the game – and Venezuela’s fourth - came in the closing stages as Haiti struggled to control possession.
Paola del Carman Villamizar Ochoa and Floriangel Apostol added their names to the score sheet as Venezuela maintain the top spot of Group A.
Castellanos and her team mates face Guatemala, who have also won both their group games, on Monday 3 July, with kick-off scheduled for 18:00 (UK).
The winner will top Group A of the CAC Women’s Games.
