The 23-year-old forward has joined the Club on a three-year deal, subject to international clearance.
The Venezuelan will officially join from Atletico Madrid on 1 July following the conclusion of her contract and comes with an exciting reputation.
After joining the Spanish side from Florida State Seminoles in 2020, she went on to score 23 goals in 58 appearances, helping her side to Supercopa de Espana Femenina glory a year later.
Captain of her national side, Castellanos was also part of a three-strong shortlist alongside Carli Lloyd and Lieke Martens for the FIFA Best Women’s Player of the Year award in 2017 at the age of just 18.
She will wear the number 10 shirt for the upcoming 2022/23 FA Women’s Super League campaign, and was in high spirits as she put pen to paper on the move.
