Lauren Hemp and Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw have been nominated for the PFA Fans' Player of the Month award for April.
The City pair scored seven goals between them in just three FA Women’s Super League matches in the calendar month, helping Gareth Taylor‘s side on the way to Champions League qualification that was confirmed on Sunday.
Hemp also scored twice in the FA Cup semi-final victory over West Ham in the middle of the month.
Shaw’s most memorable performance of the month came when she bagged four in a 7-2 defeat of Brighton at the Academy Stadium on the 30 April.
Our duo are part of a star-studded shortlist that also includes Chelsea’s Erin Cuthbert, Bethany England and Sam Kerr as well as Arsenal’s Beth Mead.
Voting will close on Thursday 12 May at 12:30pm with the winners announced in the week following on Monday 16 May.
