No one has ever started a Premier League season in better goal scoring form than Erling Haaland.

The Norwegian has fired in a whopping ten goals in his first six Premier League matches - equalling the six-game tally of Micky Quinn back in 1992.

He has even surpassed Sergio Aguero’s lightening quick start to life at the Etihad Stadium. The Argentine hit eight goals in his first six Premier League matches in 2011.

Haaland’s goals have come in a variety of ways, with our No.9 finding the net with his head, from the penalty spot and all across the 18-yard box.

He started the season with two strikes at West Ham and a momentum shifting goal at Newcastle before two hat-tricks against Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest. Finally came the equaliser in our last match at Aston Villa.

That total is without considering his three goals in our two Champions League encounters so far.
