Manchester City’s esports Fortnite roster produced a fine display in the prestigious recent Gamers8 Fortnite Tournament held in Saudi Arabia, securing three top ten finishes.

The total prize pool for the event was $2 million dollar tournament in what was one of the biggest Fortnite LAN events to be staged since the Fortnite World Cup in 2019.

Hellfire, Skram and Threats were City’s representatives in the Saudi capital of Riyadh, where they won a combined total of $272,200 in three separate duos competing with other professionals.

Our newest team member Hellfire secured a second-place finish in ‘No Builds’, earning $150,000 in prize money.

Meanwhile, Skram finished fourth in ‘Battle Royale’ earning $75,000 while Threats came ninth in ‘No Builds’.
