First up on Thursday, the focus is trained on our women’s side as Gareth Taylor’s squad open our 2022/23 campaign by tackling Tomiris-Turan from Kazakhstan in a UEFA Women’s Champions League Round One qualifier.
The game is being staged at Real Madrid’s training ground, with kick-off slated for 20.00pm (BST), with a potential final against Real Madrid or Sturm Graz on Sunday then deciding who passes through to the second round of qualification.

The live action then continues on Saturday when attention turns to our Under-18s who kick-off the new Under-18 Premier League North campaign with a trip to Newcastle United.
Ben Wilkinson‘s side will begin our Under-18 Premier League title defence away in the North East with kick-off at the Newcastle United Academy slated for 11.30am (BST).

Finally on Sunday, we will be bringing two live matches. First up, we will screen our EDS side’s latest PL2 assignment at home to Tottenham, with kick-off at the Academy Stadium set for 12pm (BST).
Brian Barry-Murphy’s youngsters have made a fine start to the new season, winning both our opening fixtures and will be pushing to maintain that impressive form.
And once again, the game will be available to watch live on CITY+ and Recast.
Then we will be bringing you coverage of City’s UEFA Women’s Champions League round three qualifier against Real Madrid in the Spanish capital.
It promises to be a compelling affair with the victors of the one-off game moving another step closer to reaching the group stages.
Kick-off at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano is slated for 20.00pm (BST) and once again, the game will be available to watch live on CITY+ and Recast.

Other dates for your diary later this month on CITY+ and Recast are City’s prestigious friendly away to Barcelona on Wednesday, August 24, kick-off 8pm which we will be screening live from the Camp Nou.
