With the World Cup finals on the horizon, summer in the air and one eye already on next season there’s lots going on.
From Benjamin Mendy’s tribute to Raheem Sterling, some memorable Turkish hip-hop moves from Jason Denayer to former Blue Edin Dzeko’s out-of-this-world leap, here’s just a few of the things that have made us smile over recent weeks!
#RunlikeRaheem!
Benjamin Mendy’s posts never fail to hit the mark and the king of social media struck gold again with his affectionate tribute to City team-mate Raheem Sterling’s running style.

Whether Raheem will be tempted to get his own back on the Etihad Shark over the next few weeks remains to be seen!
A B.I.G. hand for Jason
Jason Denayer ensured he ended a memorable loan spell with Galatasaray in style as he and his team-mates celebrated the club’s Turkish league title success.
His entrance to Galatasaray’s title celebrations at the club’s Turk Telekom Stadium hit all the right notes.

The Belgian defender chose to saunter along the walkway to the sounds of Notorious B.I.G’s Juicy with Jason donning a snazzy pair of sunglasses while showing off his moves.
And his efforts went down a storm with the Galatasaray fans who sang his name with glee. Talk about going out loud and proud!
Merlin mark two
City fans need no introduction to Merlin, of course. The stunning contributions from David Silva since he joined the Club in the summer of 2010 are already the stuff of legend.
But from next season there will be two Merlins operating in the Premier League.
That’s because the official 2018/19 Nike matchball has been revealed... and will bear the title Merlin!
World, meet Merlin.

The 18-year-old came on as a substitute for the last 10 minutes of the Dragons’ recent 0-0 draw with Mexico and was praised afterwards by Wales manager Ryan Giggs.
Young at heart
City’s thrilling football over the 2017/18 season garnered deserved praise as Pep Guardiola’s side gave a whole new meaning to the phrase The Beautiful Game.
And one of the myriad positives from the way we broke all manner of records in securing a third Premier League title was in the Club’s commitment to youth.

94 of them were either scored or assisted by an U23 player.

That was borne out by incredible statistics which revealed that of the 143 goals scored by City last season, 94 were scored by players aged 23 or under.
Edin’s jump-start
Fresh from hitting the heights in what was a memorable season with Roma, former City striker Edin Dzeko was jumping for joy once again when he stopped off in Japan as part of his post-season break.
And the Bosnian’s lofty leap soon became an internet smash as his pose was replicated onto a variety of spectacular backgrounds… with predictably hilarious results!
