Do you have what it takes to join the Manchester City Girls’ Academy?

As part of its status as a Tier 1 Regional Talent Club, the current Women’s Super League Champions will be hosting a series of open trials for female Under-10s players and U12s goalkeepers at the City Football Academy this June. 

The City Football Academy is a state-of-the-art youth development and elite training facility where players of all ages have access to world-class facilities and expert coaching and support staff to help them fulfil their potential and take their game to the next level.

Dates

Trial 1

  • Saturday 2 June 2018: 09:30 – 12:30

Successful candidates will then be required to attend either of the dates below:

Trial 2

  • Tuesday 5 June 2018: 18:00 – 20:00
  • Wednesday 6 June 2018: 18:00 – 20:00

Registration

To register, please complete the online form by the deadline of Friday 18 May.

An email will then be sent to confirm your attendance and further details in due course. Please note: players won’t be permitted on the day if an online application hasn’t been completed.

Kit

Please bring appropriate training kit for football, including football boots, shin pads and a full water bottle. Please note, players may be indoors or outdoors on synthetic surfaces.

To be eligible to attend, players must have been born between between the following months:

  • U10s: 1 September 2008 – 31st August 2010
  • U12s: 1 September 2006 – 1 August 2008

To apply, you must also meet the below criteria:

Your home postcode must be within 1 hour and 30 minutes of travel time of our training ground postcode: M11 4TQ

You must have an English parent or an English grandparent, or you must have been educated in England for at least five consecutive years.
