The young goalkeeper will be involved when City face West Ham United during the Weekend, which was launched by the FA to encourage fans to attend any fixture within the women’s football pyramid on Saturday 16 or Sunday 17 November.
Nick Cushing’s side host the Hammers on the Sunday at 12:30pm and will be hoping the new campaign will lead to a bumper crowd at the Academy Stadium.

For Roebuck, it’s another welcome opportunity to put women’s football in the limelight, which she feels is crucial for the game’s development at all levels.
“We know the women’s game is rising and we want that to continue,” said the Sheffield-born stopper.
“By having these initiatives in place, it encourages more people to get involved.
“It keeps the spotlight on us.”
Women’s Football Weekend comes two months after City faced Manchester United in the first derby of the professional era, with an FA Women’s Super League record crowd of 31,000 in attendance to watch our 1-0 victory at the Etihad Stadium.
That same weekend, Chelsea hosted Spurs at Stamford Bridge, while Bristol City’s game against Brighton and Hove Albion took place at Ashton Gate, in what was a landmark moment for women’s football in this country.
While Roebuck is clear aspirational forward thinking will create more memorable occasions in the future, she says it’s important to reflect with pride on the massive strides the women’s game has taken in recent years.
“It’s important to keep driving women’s football forward,” she added. “But it’s also important to look at where we are now.
“We’ve come so far in a short space of time so if it continues to push, that will be great.”
City are back in FA Women’s Super League action against West Ham on November 17th. Kick-off at the Academy Stadium is 12.30pm and tickets are available.
