We’ll face Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspur, who beat Championship outfit Brentford 2-0 in the other semi-final.
When
The game will take place on Sunday 25 April, with kick-off at 16:00 (UK).
The League Cup final usually takes place in late February and this season’s game was originally set for Sunday 28 February, before the EFL took the decision to reschedule in December in the hope more fans would be able to attend.
Whether supporters will be permitted to attend and if so, how many, will be dependent on government guidance at the time.
Where
Wembley Stadium is the venue for the final.

Rules
As was the case in the semi-finals, Video Assistant Referees (VAR) will be in use in the final.
Both teams will be able to name nine substitutes in the matchday squad, five of which will be allowed to be used during the 90-minutes and extra-time, if required.
Each club will only be permitted a maximum of three opportunities to make substitutions during normal time, but this excludes half-time.
Should the game go to extra-time, both teams will be able to make a substitution(s) after full-time and during half-time of extra time.
There will one opportunity within the additional 30-minutes to make a change(s), but only from the five permitted substitutes.
Trivia
- Should City win, it would be our eighth League Cup triumph, which would put us level with Liverpool as the most successful club in the competition’s history.
- Victory would also ensure we matched Liverpool’s record of four consecutive wins. The Reds won the trophy between 1981 and 1984.
- A City win would see Pep Guardiola become the joint-most successful manager in League Cup history.
- However, if Spurs win, Jose Mourinho would become the outright most successful manager in the history of the competition. He currently shares the record (4) with Brian Clough and Sir Alex Ferguson.
- A City victory would see Sergio Aguero and Fernandinho become the most successful players in League Cup history. They have won the cup on five occasions, a record they currently share with David Silva and former Liverpool striker Ian Rush.
