PREVIOUS MEETING
In the Bees’ last visit to the Etihad in November 2022, they secured a 2-1 victory over Guardiola’s side, with Ivan Toney striking twice, including a stoppage-time winner.
In the reverse fixture this season earlier this month at the Gtech Community Stadium, Phil Foden hit his second career hat-trick to seal a 3-1 comeback victory and move us within two points of the Premier League summit.
LAST TIME OUT
Rodrigo’s spectacular late leveller ensured City shared the spoils with Chelsea in what was a pulsating and eventful Premier League clash at the Etihad last Saturday.
As for Brentford, they were swept aside at home by league-leaders Liverpool, who ran out 4-1 victors.
