When asked about Dean Smith being newly appointed as Leicester’s interim manager, Guardiola said: “It is not easy, we know from experience. First of all I am really happy he is back.
“The first time we played against Aston Villa and Norwich and I know from Jack how exceptional a person he is and the good vibes he creates. That will help Leicester right now.
“It’s always uncomfortable as I didn’t see one way or the other. We will have to adapt in the first 15 minutes because I don’t know what they will do.
“I’m pretty sure when you have a new manager in this situation, his impact on Leicester will be massive.”
The last time we faced Leicester City, we came away from the King Power Stadium with a 1-0 victory, courtesy of a Kevin De Bruyne free kick just after the half time interval.
The Belgian stepped up and struck an unbelievable set piece from 30 yards out as it flew past Dan Ward and into the net.
