Last time out

City thrashed Arsenal 5-0 to go into the international break in seventh place in the Premier League, with two wins and a defeat to our name.

Leicester beat Norwich City 2-1, which leaves the Foxes two places below us on goal difference, with Brendan Rodgers’ side having also won two and lost one.

WATCH: City 5-0 Arsenal: Short highlights

Previous meeting

The Foxes got the better of us when we met in the Community Shield at the start of August, with former City striker Kelechi Iheanacho netting an 89th minute winner from the penalty spot.

Jack Grealish made his debut off the bench in a team deprived of a host of senior players, with Ilkay Gundogan going closest for City with a free-kick which forced Kasper Schmeichel into a superb save.

Zack Steffen denied Jamie Vardy with a brilliant reaction in save in the first half, but, after Nathan Ake tripped Iheanacho, the Nigerian made no mistake from 12-yards.
