PUMA ambassadors Pep Guardiola and five-times world chess champion Magnus Carlsen sat down to rewatch some of their greatest moves on the football pitch - and on the chess board.

Two recognised geniuses in their respective sports, City and PUMA brought Pep and Magnus together to discuss their tactics, their mentality, and what they can learn from each other.

Norwegian chess grandmaster Magnus - a passionate football fan - talks through some of his best ever victories including wins against Wesley So and Ian Nepomniachtchi, whom he once defeated in the longest ever World Chess Championship match in history (7 hour, 45 min).

Meanwhile, Pep also rewatches some of his best ever team goals as City manager, including our 46-pass goal against Nottingham Forest this season.

Both Pep and Magnus drew parallels between the tactics of football and chess, such as when to be patient, when to go for the win and attack, how to draw your opponent out, and much more.
