Gareth Taylor says Ellie Roebuck is available to face Reading in Wednesday’s Women’s Super League fixture, while Ruby Mace could also make her return from injury after missing our last three matches.
Indeed, the City boss insisted that Roebuck’s substitution following a heavy collision with Spurs’ Ashleigh Neville in our most recent encounter was merely a precaution.
Taylor also revealed that Vicky Losada‘s is going well, but that our fixture against the Royals would come too soon for her return.

“Of course (Reading can still qualify for Europe). These teams, whether they have seven or eight games left, there is quite a lot going on. Everyone will have different objectives.
“But for us it is about us, maintaining the good work from the weekend and backing it up with another performance.
“It’s just about going out and playing our way and hopefully being successful in that. Where it moves us to doesn’t matter.
“We know getting three points on the board is conducive to being successful. We are trying to focus on each game rather than looking too far ahead.
“They’re quite a direct team, have good pace in behind and pose some real threats to any team.”
